Computer Vision Engineer

They are seeking a talented Computer Vision Engineer to work on next-generation telerobotic ultrasound systems, focusing on system architecture, design, implementation, testing, and integration of software components.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain software for medical devices and supporting systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, quality, regulatory, and clinical teams, to ensure product safety and compliance
Lead or participate in software design reviews, code reviews, and formal risk assessments
Develop unit, integration, and system-level tests
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues to improve performance and reliability

Qualification

Required

Experience developing computer vision products
Experience working with depth cameras (e.g., RealSense or similar) and mapping
Proficiency in multiple programming languages, such as C++ and Python
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
Proficiency with post estimation, object detection, facial recognition, denoising, and segmentation
Experience with medical devices
Knowledge of usability engineering per IEC 62366 and FDA cybersecurity guidance
