Develop and enhance ServiceNow solutions with a focus on CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
Configure CI classes, relationships, reconciliation rules
Build automation using JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer
Support ITSM, ITOM, Asset Management integrations
Troubleshoot CMDB and platform-related issues
Perform CMDB audits and data cleanup
Participate in Agile ceremonies
Qualification
Required
3+ years ServiceNow development or engineering experience
Strong CMDB knowledge: CI relationships, Discovery patterns
JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer
Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, or SAM
Knowledge of Discovery & MID Server integrations (REST/SOAP/JDBC)
