The Technical Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting the BI & Analytics platform, resolving incidents, and assisting clients with custom development requests, while ensuring high client satisfaction and effective communication within the team.

Responsibilities
Complete accountability of all assigned tickets to meet all SLAs and achieve 100% client satisfaction
Troubleshoot incidents and problem tickets to identify the root cause of the issues quickly and develop a resolution while following all change management procedures
Requirement gathering for Data pipeline integration (ELT) development
Requirement gathering for Data mapping (business logic)
Develop, review and test code (SQL, Python, BI tool like Tableau and PowerBI)
Ensure all tickets are in the proper status at all times
Maintain an active communication with the internal Arkatechture team and client
Monitor Tableau or Power BI Refreshes for success and triage and respond to any failures proactively
Proactively ensure that for clients, all batch cycle (ETL) process run successfully and respond to any failures proactively
Work closely with the team to identify process improvements within the service delivery team
Escalate risks and issues on time
Report work status to team leaders and participate actively in daily standups

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 5-8 years of experience in a similar role
Expert in Python and SQL
Strong experience working in any one Database such as Snowflake, Databricks, SQLServer, Oracle etc
Experience working with visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
Experience in Data Warehousing and BI projects
Experience with AWS
Strong critical and analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Enthusiastic, learner and driven with a positive attitude
A strong written and verbal communicator with experience interacting with internal teams and clients
A desire to completely understand the product and become a subject matter expert as it is necessary in order to properly support the platform
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket
A strong understanding of Agile software development life cycle and methodologies
Proven success driving projects by asking questions, understanding business requirements and translating them into tangible development tasks
Preferred
Experience working on a service delivery position
Experience working with financial institutions such as Credit unions, Banks
