Responsibilities

Conduct research to identify or rule out potential conflicts of interest
Review and analyze conflict reports; provide concise evaluations and resolution steps
Serve as an escalation point for Conflicts Analysts and coordinate resolution
Draft and review conflict waivers, engagement letters, and ethical wall memoranda
Collaborate with attorneys and General Counsel to negotiate engagement terms and waiver agreements

Required

Juris Doctorate required
Minimum 2 years of conflicts experience
