Specialist – Ethics and Compliance
Energy Transfer is dedicated to responsibly and safely delivering America’s energy, and they are seeking a Specialist in Ethics and Compliance to support their Compliance and Ethics Program. This role involves performing due diligence on foreign third parties, testing compliance controls, and supporting privacy-related activities.

Responsibilities
Perform third-party and counter-party due diligence, communicate findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and legal teams
Assist with testing controls that mitigate compliance risks
Assist with supporting and coordinating privacy-related activities, responding to privacy inquiries, and supporting the implementation of privacy policies and procedures
Assist with the monitoring and testing of international transactions and project expenditures subject to anti-bribery and corruption laws
Assist in developing risk assessment methodologies and frameworks to evaluate the likelihood and impact of identified risks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Relevant years of experience commensurate with job level in compliance, risk management, or related fields
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance-related software applications
