Responsibilities

Assist the team with accurately quantifying discipline-specific scopes of work by utilizing the company's tools and standard processes
Review and present quantities to Discipline Leads and Managers, Project Counterparts, and Project Control Managers
Learn how to read infrastructure drawings, quantify different scopes of work, and participate in site visits

Qualification

Required

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Working knowledge of computers and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Strong decision-making skills
Demonstrated work ethic
The ability to freely access all points of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environment
The ability to meet deadlines and put in the time needed to get the job done
Occasional travels to project sites and offices are required for this role
Regular, reliable attendance
Work productively and meet deadlines timely
Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment
Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies
Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required
