This role involves performing complex technical assignments, inspecting construction work, and managing lower-level inspectors under the supervision of the Project Administrator.

Responsibilities
Responsible for performing highly complex technical assignments such as in-field surveying and construction layout and making and checking engineering computations
Inspect construction work and conduct field tests
Coordinate and manage the lower-level inspectors
Work is performed under the general supervision of the Project Administrator
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or better
10 years of experience in roadway or bridge construction inspection
2 years of which should in bridge and/or roadway construction inspection with the exception of Complex Category 2 (CC2) bridge structures or a Civil Engineering degree and 1 year of road & bridge CEI experience with the ability to earn additional required certifications within 1 year

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds unassisted
Must be capable of walking in steep varying terrain in all climate conditions
