Free People is looking for a Product Development Coordinator who will support the daily operational functions of the Product Development and sourcing teams in all aspects of product development. The role involves maintaining key cross-functional relationships and managing the workflow from inception to approval or drop of styles.

Responsibilities

Analyze design/development line plans & Report workflow needs

Coordinate, assign, and schedule appropriate meetings, according to development calendar

Reporting on WIP report and line sheets, send out briefs & amendments

Reporting on Sample deliveries, maintaining all relationships to the calendar

Maintain department calendar & communications

Professionally communicate via email and in person, design, production and buying team members

Manage style creation in Tradestone and communicate style information to vendors
