They are seeking a Product Manager for the Seasonal Category, responsible for managing the Indoor and Outdoor Christmas Decor product catalog while conducting market research and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launch.

Responsibilities

Conduct detailed market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and market gaps, providing actionable insights to guide product development roadmap

Own the product catalog at the SKU level – tracking each product through its lifecycle from ideation to discontinuation

Evaluate when to expand, refresh, or retire products, and deploy product development strategies that ensure the catalog remains optimized, competitive, and aligned with customer demand

Analyze competitor products, strategies, and market positioning to inform product differentiation and strategic planning

Develop and present comprehensive product strategies and roadmaps that align with company goals, ensuring they are grounded in market realities and customer insights

Gather, analyze, and integrate customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction

Work closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of product strategies

Track and analyze product performance against established KPIs, making data-driven recommendations for product adjustments and enhancements

Identify opportunities for product innovation and continuous improvement, staying ahead of market trends and customer expectations

Develop and refine product positioning and messaging to ensure products stand out in the marketplace and meet customer needs

Regularly communicate product strategy, progress, and performance to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience

3+ years of experience in product strategy or a related field

Strong project management, analytical, and research skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights

Proficiency in designing product concepts using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other tools

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, as well as data analysis and market research tools

Prior experience communicating with vendors and overseas partners

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively

Ability to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
