Account Management Director – (IoT Connectivity)

Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue growth, retention, and customer satisfaction targets within an assigned portfolio
Identify, pursue, and close upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities across the entire KORE services portfolio
Conduct regular, data-driven Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients to demonstrate value, align on future strategy, and uncover new requirements
Analyze KORE’s competitive positioning to proactively defend accounts and expand our market footprint
Establish and nurture deep, multi-threaded relationships with key client stakeholders, from day-to-day contacts to C-Level executives
Act as the 'voice of the customer' within KORE, championing their needs and ensuring cross-functional teams are aligned to deliver exceptional service
Articulate the KORE value proposition with precision, ensuring clients understand the full benefit of our partnership and technology ecosystem
Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for designated accounts, demonstrating leadership and ensuring swift resolution to any challenges
Manage the entire post-sales lifecycle, from onboarding and adoption to renewal and expansion
Maintain accurate and up-to-date account activity, opportunity pipeline, and revenue forecasts in CRM (Salesforce)
Prepare, negotiate, and finalize commercial proposals and contractual documentation for renewals and service expansions
Collaborate effectively with Business Development, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in strategic account management or complex B2B sales
A minimum of 5 years of experience selling managed IoT services, platform solutions (PaaS/SaaS), or complex connectivity, with a demonstrable track record of managing enterprise accounts
Deep understanding of the IoT ecosystem, including connectivity technologies (5G, LTE-M, eSIM), device lifecycle management, and the role of global IoT service providers
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
Preferred
Proven experience and a strong network within one or more of KORE's key verticals: Healthcare (Connected Health), Fleet Management & Logistics, or Industrial IoT
Demonstrated success in consistently exceeding multi-million dollar revenue and retention targets through a consultative, value-based selling methodology
Formal training in account management or sales methodologies (e.g., SAMA, MEDDIC, Challenger) is highly preferred
