Responsibilities

Manage discovery for a wide range of litigation matters, including class actions and product liability cases

Conduct factual investigations, including interviews with internal employees and subject-matter experts

Oversee and collaborate with outside counsel on discovery strategy, budgeting, workflows, and performance

Review discovery responses, briefs, and filings, including motions to compel and motions to seal

Coordinate responses to government investigations, regulatory inquiries, subpoenas, and enforcement actions across federal, state, and international agencies

Develop and manage the company’s e-discovery strategy, protocols, and processes to ensure defensible, efficient handling of ESI

Evaluate, adopt, and optimize e-discovery tools and technologies (e.g., RelativityOne/RelOne)

Advise internal stakeholders on litigation risks, discovery obligations, and best practices for preservation and litigation readiness
