In this role, the Senior Manager Procurement will drive the regional procurement strategy in North America, managing a high-performing team and optimizing supply chains to deliver value creation initiatives.

Align procurement priorities with regional business objectives and customer segments

Manage and develop a team of 3 direct reports across multiple sites in North America

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers; negotiate effectively to secure best outcomes

Oversee 13 categories, $21M–$86M annual spend, 600 materials, and 180 suppliers

Ensure operational procurement runs smoothly without business disruption while driving cost optimization
