ECC Training & Quality Assurance Supervisor

Responsibilities

Oversee the Emergency Communications Center (ECC) training and quality assurance programs by supervising ECT personnel, ensuring high-quality emergency call handling, and maintaining compliance with agency policies, state regulations, and accreditation standards
Develop, implement, and evaluate training programs
Conduct quality assurance reviews
Provide feedback and coaching to staff
Support operational and administrative functions of the ECC

Required

Associate's degree, diploma, or equivalent from a college, technical, business, vocational, or correspondence school
Three years up to and including five years progressively responsible related experience
Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job

Preferred

Knowledge of all dispatch center equipment and operations
FCC rules and regulations
All computer applications including hardware and software related to performance of the essential functions of the job
Administrative principles and practices, including goal setting and implementation
Administration of staff and activities, either directly or through subordinate supervision
