Responsibilities
Lead and grow engineering teams responsible for designing, building, and operating OCI Identity services (authentication, authorization, SSO, OAuth, SCIM, directory, and related microservices)
Drive execution of strategic initiatives, deployments, and major security, compliance, and hardening programs
Partner with Security, Detection Engineering, Fusion Applications, Infrastructure, and Core Framework teams to define and deliver cross-org solutions
Ensure operational excellence through proactive monitoring, incident management, on-call readiness, and continuous reliability improvements
Establish engineering roadmap, technical direction, and long-term architecture in collaboration with senior ICs and architects
Manage staffing, performance, career development, and succession planning across multiple teams
Lead with data, clarity, and accountability; drive disciplined execution and hold teams to high quality and delivery standards
Foster a culture of innovation, automation, and AI-driven improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational toil
Qualification
Required

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
