Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end process enhancements that improve AR&C efficiency and compliance globally
Drive continuous process optimization, leveraging methodologies like Lean Six Sigma, to build scalable, automated operations for the future
Spearhead the utilization of automation and AI tools for cash application and predictive reporting to elevate process maturity
Act as a project manager, overseeing AR&C projects from charter to execution and providing executive-level status reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Sales Operations, Finance) to redesign processes supporting new company growth and go-to-market models

Required

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
5+ years of operational experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, and Cash Application
Proven expertise in implementing cash application automation and intelligent receivables tools
Required experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or equivalent
Demonstrated ability to influence and lead large-scale transformation, coupled with strong project management skills and ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, or equivalent)
