Responsibilities

Lead service, maintenance, and repair of GE and Hologic Mammography systems, ensuring the highest standards of performance

Perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, quality control (QC), and quality assurance (QA) according to OEM specifications

Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic issues on Mammography equipment

Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with customers, ensuring rapid resolution of issues

Collaborate with team members while operating independently in the field

Travel regularly to customer sites throughout the Northeast
