Walker Therapeutic & Educational Programs is seeking a passionate and experienced Site Director/Senior Team Leader to oversee and inspire a multidisciplinary team providing critical behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and families. This role involves leading a team of clinicians, ensuring service excellence, and shaping the site’s culture and operations while maintaining high standards of care and compliance.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support CBHI and outpatient staff, interns, and potentially other team leaders
Oversee clinical services, team meetings, training, and performance evaluations
Manage site operations including coverage, building needs, and crisis response
Collaborate with the Program Director and management team to drive program goals and compliance
Provide direct clinical services as needed
Provide on call support to staff through a rotating schedule

Required

Licensed clinician (LICSW, LMHC) with a Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field
Proven experience in community-based mental health, especially with children and families
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience supervising clinical staff and interns
Cultural humility
Creativity
Reliable transportation
