Responsibilities
Lead the design and engineering of bridges, retaining walls, and other transportation structures
Apply advanced engineering principles with minimal oversight on complex projects
Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering technical growth and collaboration
Manage structural tasks for the production of Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E)
Support project cost estimating, contract negotiations, and quality assurance
Engage in business development, client presentations, and proposal preparation
Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality expectations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Oklahoma
Strong knowledge of applicable design codes, guidelines, and bridge standards
Experience with bridge project development and structural design
Proficiency in organizing and managing electronic project files and directories
A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality, impactful work
