Responsibilities
Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on various equipment systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Execute structural repairs, including welding
Document all work performed accurately using basic computer skills
Adhere to established Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) procedures and guidelines
Demonstrate safe and proper application of hand, pneumatic, and electric tools
Complete other duties as directed by management to support dealership objectives
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 3 years of field mechanical experience is required for consideration
Must have experience diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred
5+ years of mechanical experience in agricultural equipment is highly preferred
