This role involves managing office operations, vendor coordination, and supporting company events while maintaining a positive in-office experience for the New York team.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for our New York office and keep the workspace organized, stocked, and running smoothly

Manage vendors, deliveries, building access, maintenance requests, and general facilities needs

Oversee inventory for snacks, supplies, and equipment, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and vendor accountability

Partner with IT and Workplace teams so employees have the tools and setups they need

Coordinate office events, companywide gatherings, offsites, and cultural moments

Manage logistics such as catering, supplies, vendor quotes, and event communications

Support onboarding and offboarding for New York-based employees, including desk setup and workspace readiness

Maintain records for vendors, subscriptions, and facilities processes

Assist the People Operations team with special projects, documentation, and operational improvements
