Responsibilities

Manage a high-volume caseload of Fast Track claims from first notice to closure

Evaluate coverage, investigate facts, and make sound liability and settlement decisions

Communicate proactively and professionally with policyholders, agents, and third parties

Negotiate fair and timely settlements within assigned authority

Document all claim activity clearly and in compliance with Ategrity standards

Identify potential fraud indicators and refer appropriately

Collaborate closely with underwriting, SIU, leadership, and claim support teams

Drive continuous improvement by sharing insights and identifying process efficiencies

Qualification

Required

2+ years of property, general liability, or related claims adjusting experience

Strong analytical and decision-making skills with excellent attention to detail

A customer-first mindset and the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically

Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with claims systems and standard office technology

State adjuster license(s), where required

Preferred

Previous Fast Track/low complexity handling experience a plus

Bilingual communication skills a plus
