Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise SaaS implementation projects from kickoff to system delivery
Understand customer needs and translate them into configurable requirements
Non-technical and semi-technical configuration work within a low-code SaaS platform
Work with the technical and non-technical implementation teams to ensure all requirements are delegated, understood, and completed
Estimate level of effort and required resources of project work
Develop strong professional relationships with key customer contacts
Work closely with product & engineering team to ensure relevant customer feedback is considered in the roadmap and feature/bug prioritization

Required

3+ years' experience managing or working with enterprise customers
3+ years of technical or non-technical SaaS software experience
Excellent project management skills
Excellent interpersonal and presenting skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability and desire to work in a high energy and rapidly evolving B2B software startup environment
Proactive self-starter who can comfortably and respectably speak their mind, manage shifting priorities, empathize with customers, and do the right thing

Preferred

5+ years experience in the insurance industry (agencies, insurers, or insuretech company)
5+ years in an enterprise SaaS software customer facing role
