They are seeking someone to own trading operations, building and running the infrastructure to execute on Paradigm’s trading intents, while overseeing custody, trade execution, liquidity management, and operational infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Own day‑to‑day custody & staking operations: manage integrations and token flows across custodians, coordinate validator partners; run the full staking lifecycle (delegations, ROI/yield monitoring, unlock schedules, reporting, and orderly unstaking)

Oversee trade execution, settlement, and reconciliation across centralized and decentralized exchanges, ensuring precision, best execution, and minimal slippage

Own liquidity and cash management, covering real-time cash and collateral views, forecasting, and margin/collateral optimization across all sources

Design and optimize operational infrastructure: from order routing and margin management to data and reporting pipelines

Work cross-functionally with Paradigm’s trading, finance, and engineering teams to align workflows with broader firm strategy
