Responsibilities
Analyze, prepare, and distribute accurate monthly and ad hoc reporting
Ensure data integrity and promptly resolve issues related to reporting
Apply analytical techniques to generate meaningful insights from data
Create and maintain Tableau reporting as needed for department goals and initiatives
Collaborate with Case Manager development team on system updates and testing
Utilizes Excel, Case Manager and Tableau
Communicate effectively with internal departments and various leaders within the organization
Qualification
Required
2 years Subrogation experience preferred
Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations
Ability to influence
Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
General accounting knowledge
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
Results driven, ability to make decisions and help solve problems
Ability to drive process and organizational change
Ability to work under minimal supervision with a goal-oriented mindset
Ability to see the big picture and leverage critical thinking and decision-making skills
Excellent organization, time management, delegation, and prioritization skills
