Responsibilities

Develop and implement regional sourcing strategies for subcontracting, materials, and services to align with business objectives and cost-saving goals
Manage supplier segmentation and spend profiling to optimize procurement efficiency and supplier performance
Drive category strategy by identifying key vendors, assessing market trends, and implementing supplier risk mitigation plans
Establish long-term subcontractor and supplier partnerships, ensuring alignment with company financial and operational goals
Evaluate and optimize sourcing strategies for subcontracting, materials, and services to drive efficiency and cost reductions
Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favorable pricing, quality, and service agreements
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, industry regulations, and company standards to mitigate legal and financial risks
Analyze market trends to identify new sourcing opportunities, potential cost savings, and risk mitigation strategies
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, operations, supply chain, and regional teams) to enhance procurement processes
Implement standardization and volume bundling strategies to maximize purchasing effectiveness
Monitor supplier and subcontractor performance, developing strong vendor relationships to ensure reliability and accountability
Support data collection, consolidation, and reporting to drive procurement decision-making and strategic planning
Manage contract variations and approvals (e.g., variation orders), ensuring alignment with financial objectives and cost controls
Organize training initiatives to strengthen procurement expertise within the organization and improve stakeholder engagement

5+ years Process Improvement & Standardization

Preferred

ISM or APICS Certification
Strong ERP (SAP Preferred) and analytical skills
