Responsibilities

Process and monitor daily deposit operations functions including overdrafts, returned items, stop payments, and account adjustments
Perform routine and complex account maintenance with accuracy and attention to detail
Respond to internal inquiries regarding deposit accounts, transactions, and systems
Research and resolve issues related to customer accounts in a timely and professional manner
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures
Assist with documentation, reporting, and quality control reviews as needed
Support the team and department with additional tasks and projects as assigned

Required

extensive experience in deposit operations, to include CD processing, IRA/HSA rules and servicing, Insured Cash Sweep/CDARs, Exception Item processing and Legal requests such as Liens, Levies, Writs and Subpoenas
At least 3-5 years' experience working in Bank operations
Must be proficient in Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams and comfort working with banking systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Commitment to delivering exceptional internal service and working collaboratively with colleagues
High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred

Experience working with Fiserv core systems
associate degree in business or related field preferred
