Responsibilities

Lead organic and paid Creator efforts across all Rockstar Games products

Develop documentation and implement strategic plans aimed at promoting and growing the Rockstar Games Creator community

Present strategic proposals, project outlines, and outcomes to leadership

Work with cross-functional teams to align Creator campaigns with broader marketing goals and other internal initiatives

Serve as a point of contact for Creators

Constantly be on the lookout for ways to nurture, engage and grow our Creator community

Participate in internal play sessions, brainstorms, and meetings

Required

5+ years professional experience managing Creator relationships and initiatives

Working knowledge of leading social media platforms (X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok)

BA/BS degree

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational skills

Strong ability to organize and prioritize workload, handling multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take initiative

Passion for video games and community engagement

Preferred

Fluency in another language beyond English desirable but not essential

Experience with project management tools (Monday.com)
