The Administrative Analyst, Systems - ERP will support the administration and deployment of customizations within the Epicor Kinetic ERP environment, ensuring system integrity and assisting in user management and security controls.

Responsibilities

The analyst will play a key part in maintaining and enforcing change control procedures for ERP modifications

Manages user accounts, roles, and permissions in Epicor Kinetic

Ensures compliance with security protocols and audit requirements

Documents changes and maintains version controls in a highly organized manner

Assists in testing and validation of BPMs, dashboards, BAQs, and other customizations

Collaborates with developers and business users to ensure customizations meet functional requirements

Manages the support queues in the Jira ticketing system

Creates and maintains user guides, SOPs, and training materials

Provides support and training to front line support as needed

Conduct testing and assist with user training

Produce reporting and analysis to identify root causes of support issues

Support process improvement and automation initiatives
