They are seeking a full-time Junior Creative for Jesser’s Main YouTube Channel, responsible for idea generation, concept development, and creative organization.

Responsibilities
Help brainstorm new video concepts
Contribute blue sky ideas
Draft scripts and beat sheets
Support the packaging of videos with strong hooks and formats
Assist in organizing creative pipelines
Maintain idea tracking systems
Prep treatments
Ensure creative materials are clean, clear, and ready for production
Qualification
Required
Strong raw writing ability with an instinct for hooks, humor, pacing, and clear communication
Ability to generate fresh ideas and blue sky concepts tailored for YouTube
Understanding of YouTube fundamentals including intros, packaging, retention basics, and audience engagement
Highly organized with the ability to track ideas, maintain documents, and support creative workflows
Comfortable producing beat sheets, simple scripts, pitch documents, and reference pulls
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Familiarity with youth culture, sports, and creator-driven entertainment
Eagerness to learn from the Lead Creative and contribute to a fast-paced creative environment
Preferred
Experience in writing, content creation, digital media, or related fields is a plus
