Responsibilities

Performing technical integration of DMS Redesign projects to ensure work is complete within cost, schedule, and performance requirements
Supporting proposal development efforts as well as the presentation of DMS Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) to the Customer
Building and maintaining routine relationships with F-35 Engineering leadership, system/subsystem engineering teams, Global Supply Chain, Business Management, Program Management, and all associate parties involved in DMS execution for the F-35 program

Required

B.S. Electrical Engineering or Equivalent
General knowledge of F-35 subsystems, electronic components, DMS and Project Management
Ability to use technical and interpersonal skills to coordinate across multiple IPTs, disciplines and suppliers in establishing integrated technical and affordable DMS redesign solutions
Ability to use knowledge of trade studies and business case analyses to optimize DMS redesign and technology refresh decisions
Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance

Preferred

Engineering Experience in the Aerospace Industry
Experience using Microsoft Office tools emphasizing Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Experience with written, verbal, and presentation communications skills, including briefing to members of upper management
Experience in Systems Engineering disciplines with understanding of the total lifecycle (architecture, requirements, design, analysis, integration, verification, production and sustainment) including the following key competencies: Supplier Interface, Proposal Development, Contracting, Risk and Opportunity Assessment
Experience in Electrical Engineering or Components Engineering with emphasis upon Vehicle / Mission Systems Integration
Ability to use sound technical judgment and disciplined/organized approach in performing and managing tasks and costs
Experience in working with Suppliers and/or Global Supply Chain engagement
Knowledge of overall F-35 air system, design, and processes
Knowledge of F-35 development, production operations, and sustainment
Understanding and strong appreciation for practicing and developing Standard Work processes and tools
