Required

3-5 years of law firm experience focused on Creditor's Rights Litigation and bankruptcy law

Hands-on experience drafting complaints and motions, conducting discovery, appearing in federal, state, and bankruptcy courts, negotiating settlements, and communicating with opposing counsel and clients

Experience covering the enforcement of commercial loans, collateral repossession, the Uniform Commercial Code (particularly Articles 2, 2A, and 9), equipment leasing, and commercial finance law

Deposition experience and strong case management abilities

J.D. degree and strong academic credentials

Admitted in (and in good standing with), or taking steps to become admitted in, Illinois
