As a Technician Supervisor, you will lead a team of Automation Technicians, ensuring high equipment performance and uptime while managing maintenance activities and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.

Responsibilities
Supervise equipment maintenance to support Axon manufacturing operations
Communicate relevant equipment status to associated manufacturing line leads and supervisors
Aid to Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, determine corrective actions and communicate with Manufacturing Engineers to resolve issues
Manage and complete work orders in Axon's computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
Determine equipment spare parts needs within Axon's CMMS to aid inventory accuracy and prevent downtime
Participate in process reviews for products as required
Engage in problem solving & brainstorming, both individually and as part of the Axon team
Follow Axon's Environmental Health and Safety guidelines
Qualification
Required
A GED or an Associate Degree in a related field with the following experience
Strong automation, mechanical and pneumatic knowledge and aptitude
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Supervisor in technical manufacturing working with complex equipment
Ability to read and interpret schematics and mechanical drawings
Basic computer skills
Positive attitude and willingness to expand your professional knowledge
Preferred
Experience working with automated assembly equipment
Experience working with high volume automated systems
