Responsibilities
Develop frameworks for commercializing VAS Marketing assets globally
Create standardized playbooks and margin targets for client deals
Oversee asset inventory tracking and utilization across regions
Drive VAS Marketing revenue targets aligned with FY26+ growth strategy
Support the negotiations and contracting for VAS Marketing client deals, ensuring compliance and commercial due diligence
Surface upsell/cross-sell opportunities in our client engagements
Collaborate with Global Marketing function and Regional Marketing Services Partners
Manage end-to-end delivery of the financials related to VAS marketing assets activations
Assess net-new VAS Marketing opportunities and commercial potential with highest ROI
Build best-in-class Financial and commercial evaluation frameworks and case study libraries for global reapplication
Implement standardized OKRs and reporting mechanisms for VAS Marketing assets performance
Ensure timely risk escalation on scope, revenue, and expense
Qualification
Required
10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred
12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
Proven track record in pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and global deal execution
Strong financial acumen and ability to manage multi-million-dollar Marketing portfolios
Exceptional stakeholder management skills in a matrixed global environment
Experience with Marketing Consulting, sports, entertainment, and experiential marketing preferred
