Responsibilities

Performing in-depth company and industry research and analysis

Supporting the execution of client advisory and financial transactions while managing multiple projects with demanding, fluctuating and global timelines, often driven by client needs

Preparing marketing materials and transaction documentation, including but not limited to confidential memoranda, pitch books, corporate profiles, and analysis

Conducting detailed financial modelling, valuation and forecasting of financial statements

Understanding of the Bank’s product suite

Collaborating across the global Deutsche Bank platform in support of our clients

Required

a strong foundational knowledge and interest in Corporate Finance and Accounting

Complete your studies (all final exams, coursework and have no outstanding requirements for graduation) between 1st December 2026 and 31st July 2027

presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship from Deutsche Bank, now or in the future, to retain their authorization to work in the United States
