Responsibilities
Work directly with plan sponsor contacts, client HR representatives, and internal Fidelity partners
Drive greater participant engagement and plan sponsor advocacy in local workplace communities
Conduct ongoing engagement planning with plan sponsors and serve as a key liaison between internal business, including local branch partners
Provide financial planning and investment advice to participants through face-to-face 1:1 meetings, workshops, help desk sessions, benefits fairs, and lunch and learns
Ensure participants are prepared to make better decisions regarding their personal finances
Deliver content via Zoom or onsite at the plan sponsors desired location
Qualification
Required
5 years of financial services experience
Series 7 and 66 required (or S63/S65 combo equivalent) required prior to hire
In depth knowledge of Financial Planning Concepts
Ability to build plan sponsor advocacy and access
Preferred
2+ years of customer facing experience preferred
Life & Annuity Certification preferred
CFP® or CRPC® preferred
Demonstrated advanced presenting experience preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
