Responsibilities
Analyze and monitor manufacturing costs, variances, and inventory valuation
Prepare and maintain standard cost models and cost roll-ups
Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to identify cost-saving opportunities
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes related to cost accounting
Conduct margin analysis and provide insights to support pricing and profitability strategies
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities related to cost and inventory
Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate accounting policies
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and ERP system enhancements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred
3+ years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of standard costing, inventory management, and variance analysis
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
CPA or CMA preferred
