Responsibilities

Develop relationships with new End-users and key decision makers while maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing End-user customers
Manage all phases of the sales process from company/product introduction through the final agreement to purchase and implementation of Ergodyne product solutions:
Focus on New Product placement with End-users
Measuring outcomes and ROI for customers so that solutions meet the customer’s expectations
Meet or exceed Annual Sales Plan metric
Manage Expenses within assigned budget
Demonstrate strong territory management skills with the ability to network and generate leads, develop sales plans and manage results effectively:
Execute sales plans and strategies that reach potential End-user customers within the territory
Manage your distribution relationships and coordinate efforts with independent manufacturers’ reps to support the territory’s activities
Demonstrate strong selling skills:
Prospect and qualify leads, identify End-user customer needs, translate risk assessment to benefits, deliver effective solutions / demos, negotiate and close sales in partnership with distribution
Discover and relay competitive intelligence to the Product Management Team
Records and reports significant activity, sales pipeline and status of deals, projects and opportunities in CRM and monitors weekly

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or another related field
3+ year's Field Selling
Proficiency using Office Systems (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

QSSP Certification
