Responsibilities
Assist in the supervision of new and existing building construction projects
Prepare Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and follow up on civil works, construction, and electromechanical installation projects in coordination with the relevant Plant management
Coordinate design information, meetings, and data flow among stakeholders
Monitor new construction milestones, ensuring projects meet established building timing and budget attainment benchmarks
Provide facility support to operations, including quoting equipment foundations and guiding construction efforts
Develop, implement, and maintain building preventive maintenance procedures to ensure operational reliability
Assist in the evaluation and selection of various equipment for new and existing manufacturing programs
Provide technical advice for facility modifications and supervise implementation
Monitor and evaluate new Press Room equipment technology for potential integration
Evaluate utility service requirements and usage across facilities, offering cost-saving opportunities
Lead and monitor the performance of energy efficiency Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the division
Coordinate energy-saving projects and initiatives, managing internal and external energy audits and assessments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Relevant experience in facilities management, construction project management, or a related field within an industrial or manufacturing environment
Proficient in AutoCAD and working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Clear understanding of Lean Principles & Tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with a willingness to empower and collaborate effectively with a team
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Additional coursework in environmental laws and processing procedures
