The Accounts Payable Processor is responsible for managing and processing all invoices received for payment and ensuring timely and accurate payment of all creditors, while also addressing vendor queries and supporting audits.

Responsibilities
Process and manage all invoices for payment in an accurate and timely manner
Handle high-volume invoice processing, verify transaction details, and prepare disbursements
Obtain payment authorization and maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting transactions
Reconcile vendor accounts and research discrepancies independently
Address vendor-related queries and communicate with internal stakeholders
Maintain historical records through electronic or physical filing
Assist with financial audits and help resolve audit findings
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
3 to 5-year experience working in Accounting Department
Supporting Invoicing
Calling Vendors/Suppliers and Answering their Calls or Emails on Payment Status
Research Invoices and Payments using ERP system (Marathon is SAP, but other ERP is ok or QuickBooks)
Must be ok on the phone and be Professional
Good communication skills needed
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Prior experience in an Accounts Payable role
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP)
Strong data entry and spreadsheet skills (Microsoft Excel)
