Required

Proficiency in payroll software, specifically ADP

Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)

Familiarity with HRIS and financial systems

Understanding of payroll tax regulations and labor laws

Ability to collaborate in a team environment

Attention to detail in ensuring accuracy in data entry and documentation

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines under supervision

Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll information

High school diploma or associate degree

5+ years payroll experience

ADP software experience

Preferred

Training or experience with multi state payroll

Knowledge of processing multiple company payrolls – biweekly, monthly

Understanding payroll general ledger processing

Experience processing payroll of 1,000+ employees

Understanding of FLSA Overtime and calculations

Experience with processing off cycle payroll runs as needed

Payroll training or certifications from PayrollOrg (formerly The American Payroll Assoc)
