Responsibilities
Drive the execution of the seasonal product strategy, ensuring alignment with global and regional business objectives
Act as a key consumer advocate, leveraging insights and market trends to refine assortments and influence product decisions
Manage seasonal line plans, ensuring a balanced assortment that meets financial targets while maintaining brand consistency
Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Design, Development, Planning, Marketing, and Sales) to drive product creation, commercialization, and go-to-market strategies
Analyze business performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and recommending in-season actions to drive sales and margin
Mentor and guide Associate and Assistant Merchandisers, fostering skill development and ensuring smooth execution of merchandising deliverables
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising in the footwear industry
Strong understanding of market trends and consumer insights
Proven ability to manage and execute seasonal line plans
Excellent analytical skills with a focus on business performance optimization
Strong leadership and team mentorship capabilities
Preferred
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
