Quickly respond to member inquiries via phone, email text and live chat, making it easy for them to work with us
Provide support for billing inquiries, policy changes, renewal inquiries, and our online portal with ease and accuracy
Qualification
Required
Ability to switch between multiple applications to complete tasks
Strong memory for details and ability to prioritize competing tasks
Critical thinking skills to solve problems
Experience in customer service environments such as restaurants, schools, or retail stores
Clear communication skills, both over the phone and in writing
Integrity and pride in work

$100 per month to those who commute into a PURE office three days or more a week.
