Future Opening: PR Executive Assistant
National Real Estate Management Group is a locally rooted, fast-growing real estate agency serving the greater Grosse Pointe and Detroit communities. The PR/Executive Assistant will support the agency’s day-to-day operations while enhancing its public image and community engagement through various marketing and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Draft social media posts, press releases, community announcements, and branded communications
Maintain the company’s online presence (website updates, listing highlights, event posts, etc.)
Assist with creating promotional materials, newsletters, and marketing campaigns
Coordinate community outreach efforts, sponsorships, and PR opportunities
Support planning and execution of client events, open houses, and community gatherings
Provide high-level administrative assistance to agency leadership
Manage calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
Prepare reports, presentations, and client-facing documents
Handle incoming communications, calls, and inquiries with professionalism
Assist with project tracking, task management, and operational follow-up
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in PR, marketing, communications, or executive support (real estate experience a plus)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Proficiency with social media platforms and basic graphic or content creation tools
Professional presence and ability to represent the company brand positively
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Must be local to the Grosse Pointe/Detroit area and able to work on-site when needed
