Responsibilities

Developing and executing annual marketing strategies for all organizations

Overseeing all aspects of marketing operations, ensuring timely delivery of communications and effective support for key programs

Implementing data driven processes to track performance, optimize campaigns, and adapt tactics based on needs and defined results

Collaborating closely with the Sales & Service Department and organization leadership

Representing the organization at industry events and managing relationships with external vendors

Leading the marketing team, establishing scalable workflows, and supervising day to day activities including budget oversight and progress toward strategic goals

Consistently generating increased visibility, customer engagement, and direct bookings across all channels

Operating with clarity and efficiency, supported by adaptable systems and strong leadership

Actively developing community and industry relationships through events, partnerships, and strategic representation

Aligning marketing efforts with operational tools and sales platforms to enhance customer experience and internal coordination

Managing external vendors and creative partners effectively, contributing to high quality deliverables and brand consistency

Monitoring and optimizing the marketing budget to ensure investments deliver measurable impact and support long term growth
