Responsibilities
Partnering with existing collateral recruiters to expand and strengthen recruitment efforts
Building and maintaining relationships with local: Colleges and universities, Military installations, Community organizations and career centers
Representing customer at hiring events, job fairs, career days, and other recruitment-related activities
Providing direct, on-the-ground support during regional recruitment campaigns
Acting as a liaison within local communities to promote awareness of career opportunities and agency initiatives
Assisting in executing targeted outreach strategies in support of national and regional hiring goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or outreach
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to travel regionally as needed
U.S. Citizenship required
Preferred
Familiarity with recruiting for law enforcement or federal agencies preferred
Knowledge of federal hiring practices and veteran recruitment strategies
Experience working with government agencies or large-scale public sector recruitment campaigns
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team
