Responsibilities
Solution Architecture: Design and oversee end-to-end solution architectures across Salesforce and other enterprise systems, translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical designs
Technical Leadership: Provide thought leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, establish best practices for development, integration, and deployment across platforms
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Business, and Engineering teams to ensure cohesive and aligned solution delivery across systems
Project Oversight: Lead solution delivery from planning through deployment, ensuring quality, scope, and timelines are met
Platform Strategy & Innovation: Drive continuous improvement by identifying optimization opportunities, recommending new tools and technologies, and fostering innovation across platforms
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in enterprise software development, including significant experience with Salesforce
4+ years in a technical leadership or solution architecture role, with proven success designing complex, multi-system environments
Strong expertise in Salesforce technologies including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP)
Experience designing and integrating solutions across multiple platforms, including public cloud services and on-premises systems
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and DevOps practices
Proficiency in data modeling, security design, and performance optimization across large datasets and complex environments
Experience with ETL processes, data migration, and managing multi-system integrations
Preferred
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
Certifications in other enterprise platforms or cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, MuleSoft) are a plus
