LingaTech is a growing organization seeking a full-time Senior Oracle EBS HRMS/Payroll Techno-Functional Developer. The role involves working in a collaborative team environment to provide solutions for various business partners, focusing on the analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation, implementation, and support of Oracle EBS applications.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, code, test, debug and support Oracle Custom applications and/or Oracle EBS applications in any or all of the following Oracle EBS Modules: HRMS and Payroll
Interact with leadership across multiple business units
Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support daily activities
Troubleshoot complex issues
Analyze and convert business requirements into technical requirements and deliver solutions using PL/SQL Developer
Participate in performance tuning
Assist with Year End reconciliation and reporting
Develop functional and technical requirement documentation
Adhere to team guidelines and delivery standards

Required

BS or BA degree in Business Systems or Computer Science or equivalent education and experience
10+ years of relevant information systems experience
Strong PL/SQL design and development experience
Working knowledge of Oracle Database 11g and/or later versions
Superior teamwork skills are essential
Excellent communication skills are essential
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills are essential
Working knowledge of balance architecture

Preferred

Experience with EBS R12.1 and/or R12.2
Experience configuring fast formulas
Experience with Unix scripting
Experience analyzing Payroll Run Results
Experience with Oracle Payroll Technical objects (Tables & APIs)
Experience with Self Service module (OA Framework) personalization
Experience with Forms Personalization's (Core Forms)
Experience configuring triggers
XML Publisher
Oracle Workflow experience
Oracle Forms and Reports 6i experience
Experience with OAF (custom check printing)
Experience creating Payroll Elements/Balances/Skip Rules
Experience with Work Structure setups
