Responsibilities
Receive external requirements and transform into an internal intake submission ticket to be reviewed and approved for feasibility
Coordinate internal and external meetings for collaboration on drafting proposal
Attend weekly status meetings and report on current activities, issues, blockers
Coordinate with Technical Intake Lead and Optimization Project Manager on proposal
Qualification
Required
3 to 5+ years of experience in project management
Strong background in scoping technical requirements
Experience with government proposals
Understanding of government requirements and ability to translate them into executable scope
Ability to develop a project plan including milestones
Experience in identifying level of effort needed to support work
Ability to draft, propose, and defend Project Plan documentation from project inception to execution
Effective communication skills to propose and obtain client sign off and agreement
Ability to receive external requirements and transform them into an internal intake submission ticket
Experience coordinating internal and external meetings for collaboration on drafting proposals
Ability to attend weekly status meetings and report on current activities, issues, and blockers
Coordination skills with Technical Intake Lead and Optimization Project Manager on proposals
Fluency in English
