Representing companies in capital markets transactions
Representing public companies with SEC (’34 Act) reporting
Handling corporate governance matters and exchange compliance
Managing client relationships
Handling day-to-day demands and workflow requirements of public company clients
Qualification
Required
Associates with four to six years of capital markets and public company ('34 Act) experience
Experience representing companies in capital markets transactions
Experience representing public companies with SEC ('34 Act) reporting, corporate governance matters, and exchange compliance
Experience managing client relationships and handling the day-to-day demands and work flow requirements of public company clients with sophisticated needs
Worked in the corporate department of a national or international law firm
High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
