Responsibilities
Lead and support leasing teams, offering training, guidance, and mentorship
Drive leasing performance through tours, lead follow-ups, lease execution, and renewals
Support marketing initiatives and events that enhance prospect engagement and resident satisfaction
Cultivate partnerships with local businesses, schools, and community stakeholders
Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and property performance to inform strategies
Ensure model units, clubhouses, and tour routes maintain top-tier presentation standards
Provide flexible operational support to properties during high-demand periods or transitions
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
1–3 years of experience in leasing, property management, or related field; experience across multiple properties and markets strongly preferred
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Experience with Entrata software preferred
